About Rob Dames

 Rob has spent 35 years as a writer/producer/director in television and some film.  
His first play, FROZEN STIFF, was produced at the Hollywood Actor's Studio back in 1977.  
His satirical novel of Hollywood, INSANITY: A USER'S MANUAL, is available as a Kindle ebook from Amazon.
His full-length dramatic play, HAUNTINGS, was a finalist for The Stanley Drama Award.  His full-length comedy, VIRGINIA THROWS A WAKE, was a finalist for the Reva Shiner Comedy Award.  His full-length play, NOWHERE MAN, was presented at the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival.
