The Nativity Pageant

Synopsis: A pastor arrives at a small theater where the auditions will be held for a Nativity pageant he has written to be performed at his church. After listening to the director's bizarre ideas and watching him praise a succession of terrible would-be actors, he realizes the director is as mad as a hatter.
