Synopsis: "I always have liked politics / for it's a game of dirty tricks" Channeling Lewis Carroll, Doctor Seuss, PT Barnum and darker figures like 20th Century dictators and the real DJT, the musical Trump is propelled towards the presidency by his hatred of Obama and a desperate need for approval from strong men like his own father. The play covers the period from Trump's decision to run, through the election, the transition and the coronation - but will he stop there? And will anything erase his frown?
