Synopsis:

Keith Tomalski was an uninhibited, free-spirited football player who died from frontal lobe dementia, having taken too many blows to the head. The story of his descent is told from the standpoint of parents Forrest and Hilda, and his friends who are helpless as they see it happen. Forrest grieves over his inability to help his son or understand his anger; Hilda is moritifed by the sport itself and the role she and Forrest played in promoting his interest. Through it all Kevin is remembered, in his cogent moments and otherwise.
